A name, phone number, or address entered in a search form is sent to the provider that supplies its results; our servers do not keep a copy of those searches. When you email us, we receive the information in that message and use it to respond.

Hosting may create routine server logs, including an IP address, browser type, visited pages, and time stamps. We review that information in aggregate for maintenance and page-use trends. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where used.
What We Do With This Data
We use the limited data to operate and repair the service, measure traffic, and improve reference material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.

Links may lead to county and state portals, archive collections, libraries, or third-party search tools. Their own policies control information submitted after you leave this service, including information entered into sponsored result tools.
Who Might See Your Data
Hosting and support providers process logs for us, and analytics or advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We disclose information only when a valid legal process requires disclosure.
How We Protect Your Data
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the purposes described here. There are no user accounts, passwords, or personal profiles maintained by this site.
Users Under 18
This reference is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect a minor's personal information; contact us if you believe a minor sent information so it can be deleted.
Your Data Rights
Depending on the circumstances, Minnesota Consumer Data Privacy Act rights in Minn. Stat. ยงยง 325M.10-.21 may include access, correction, deletion, an appeal, or an opt-out for covered entities. The law has scope rules and exclusions. Because we retain very little, a request normally involves checking the contact mailbox and server logs, then removing what is found. Use the Contact page. Government records held by Minnesota, Anoka County, or Blaine remain under the relevant custodian's correction or data-practices process.
